I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the options available.

I enjoyed the spa while I was there. The service was outstanding. Felt very comfortable and exclusive. I had a pedicure, massage and facial. All highly recommended. The breakfast was good too. The casino very fun as well.

I didn't know how to make a spa reservation before hand. We stayed during the week so getting an appointment wasn't too bad, but I wish I had known what time I was going to be able to be booked before I got there so I could plan my time better.

I liked the casino and the staff at the front desk.

People at the sandwich bar in the casino walked away from me before I was finished talking. I found a cigarette butt in one of the cardboard dice in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in the city center of Nova Gorica. We also loved the fact that there were soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep.

There are plenty of sports activities to do and places of interest to visit. the rooms are quiet and clean, with comfortable beds. the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is kind and helpful. the hotel offers both indoor and outdoor pools, spa, and whirlpools. the parking is free, and the casino is a fun place to visit.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel made my city break comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose. the room was quiet, and I had a good night's sleep. Another advantage is that it was located in the heart of the entertainment district, which made it easy to find great dining places and bars.

A couple of things could be improved. the overall cleanliness of the room wasn't up to my standards, and they might need to update their cleaning routine.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The best aspects were the comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, friendly service, and nice outdoor patio with whirlpools. We also appreciated the indoor parking and hotel facilities.
